Damages and issues
When your order is delivered, both the consumer and the delivery personnel are going to examine it. If anything appears to be out of the norm, damaged, or faulty, we will make the appropriate corrections.
Items that are not returnable
ALL pigment items have no return policy.
Following a thorough examination, we may provide a refund if all of the items in your order are undamaged and in the same condition as when they were delivered. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, we will contact you to initiate the refund process for the initial payment you made.
All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on order quantity and product availability. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days of shipment, depending on your region. Pricing for orders placed outside of British Columbia may vary based on the size of your order and the region from which our items are transported. We ask that you complete an order request form so that we could potentially help you in getting the most affordable shipping option.
Order Request form
Before payment can be collected, all orders must fill out an order request form. This enables us to determine whether we have sufficient inventory to meet your request. Following your order request, we will send you an invoice containing the cost of the products, shipping and handling fees, and optional local delivery for modest purchases. You will be able to make a payment to finish your transaction once you have seen the proposal and confirmed that all of the products are right.
We are working hard to create our online store in order to bypass these processes, but with many logistics aspects to consider, we are sourcing the lowest path for our consumers!
