microcement (a component)

STTANDARD | Two-component traditional microcement

Our traditional series of two-component microcements (cement and resin) is called Sttandard. Perfect for skilled applicators who want to produce textures with a distinctive character. The conventional two-component microcement Sttandard allows an experienced user to experiment with his own combinations and make the most out of the product.

Due to its strength and adaptability, this two-component microcement can be utilized on an infinite variety of surfaces, both inside and outdoors, horizontally and vertically. As a result of this, applicators frequently seek it out as one of their coating alternatives.

All Sttandard systems (component A in powder) needs to be mixed with Sttandard Acricem (component B liquid) according to the quantities specified in the technical sheet to guarantee its features.

Systems:

Microbase, Microfino, Microdeck, Microstone

Natture | Tadelakt microcement

Laborate artistic finishes, a microcement of incomparable beauty that is suggestive of tadelakt yet reminiscent of concrete.

thicknesses ranging from 1 to 3 mm. Formulated with hydraulic binders, selected aggregate and lime, NATTURE treme hardness low-thickness continuous coating for floors and walls.  It is a natural and material-appealing product that may be applied with a trowel and re-trowelled.  Luxury, quality, distinction, and measurable resistance in

thicknesses ranging from 1 to 3 mm.  Formulated with hydraulic binders, selected aggregate and lime, NATTURE (component A powder) must be mixed with the Acricem resin (component B liquid) respecting the proportions of this data sheet to guarantee the properties of the coating.

Once mixed, it allows to create a coating with a low thickness of 1 to 3 mm, with high mechanical resistance, very good workability and strong adhesion on all types of substrates: concrete, cementitious mortar, ceramic, MDF and plasterboard.

EFECTTO QUARTZ | READY-TO-USE MICROCEMENT FOR HIGH DECORATION

Efectto Quartz is a ready-to-use microcement line that creates stunning continuous finishes. Because it does not contain cements, it will not shrink or crack abruptly.

A continuous coating speeds up the application of microcement and saves waste for professionals wishing to be more efficient. Efectto Quartz ready-to-use microcement is the best option for work on existing homes because of all of these factors.

This ready-to-use microcement differentiates itself by its thin thickness, which, when paired with its great adhesion, enables it to be applied to practically any substrate. A coating that can be used on both vertical and horizontal surfaces indoors and outdoors.

Four grain sizes and 16 distinct microcement hues are available in Efectto Quartz ready-to-use microcement. They can all be recognized by their unique appearance.

  • All surfaces must be level and secure. The surface to be coated must be cleaned and dried. It must be free of dust, grease, soaps, and deteriorating paint, among other factors. If the substrate is moist, Primapox® Barrier must be applied first.

  • In the case of tiles and other coverings with joints, Primacem® Joint must be applied first and allowed to dry for at least 24 hours before applying the primer.

  • Always use Primacem® ABS as a primer on absorbent substrates such as concrete, plasterboard, or lime.

  • Use Primacem® PLUS primer on low or non-absorbent substrates such as terrazzo, marble, or tiles. Both primers must dry for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.

*COMING SOON* ATLANTTIC | Microcement for swimming pools Atlanttic Aquaciment®

We provide the Atlanttic Aquaciment® XL, XXL granulometry as a finishing microcement for swimming pools, with a maximum aggregate size reduction to 0.6 mm. A product with higher level of performance but a slightly softer texture. A homogeneous and unequalled surface is produced by the creation of continuous spaces that enable the unification of different locations. The steel trowel's burned effect is lessened, and in just a few days it attains an incredible hardness.

Atlanttic Aquaciment® XL: Finishing microcement (Component A).

Atlanttic Aquaciment® XXL: Preparation microcement (Component A).

Acricem Pool: Component B of the microcement.

Topsealer® WT Pool: Sealer.

It is not a waterproofing mortar, Atlanttic Aquaciment®. Shotcrete and gunite are the only microcements that Atlanttic Aquaciment® should ever be applied to. The substrate ought to be clean, compacted, and planimetrically acceptable. White and natural white (unpigmented) Atlanttic Aquaciment® must be applied in these colours.

The product will be available in 20 kg buckets.

Resin for two-component microcement (b component)

ACRICEM

Our two-component microcement systems' B component is acricem. Adhesion, hardness, and flexibility are imparted to treated coatings by water-based acrylic resins with excellent performance.  Cementitious surfaces are cured using these acrylic and water-based resins that are solvent-free. The mechanical performance of the coating as well as the impermeability of the mortar are both significantly enhanced by this water-based acrylic resin.

Depending on the purpose and application, there are two different types of resins in the Acricem family. One is Acricem, which shares the same name as the range and is used as a B-component for the Standard and Natture systems. However, Acricem Pool is a swimming pool made with Atlanttic microcement.

In addition to being pre-applied, the product can be applied in a single layer by brushing or rolling. The initial layer of microcement in this case must be applied to the substrate after a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours.

One of the many benefits of utilizing this resin for microcement is the minimization of cracks caused by shrinkage. When the mortar or concrete is still fresh, its cohesiveness and flexibility are improved.

Available in 5 and 25-litre.

PRIMER

PRIMACEM PLUS

Our non-absorbent surface primer, Primacem Plus, is utilized before applying microcement in particular. An aid to aqueous acrylic polymeric dispersion's adherence.

A primer that is ready to use for non-absorbent, water-based surfaces. a substance that is meant to be applied in a single coat with a brush or roller. For tiles, you need two coats.

It works best when applied on ceramic, tile, or stone surfaces. Primer for non-absorbent surfaces free of emulsifiers, plasticizers, solvents, and ammonia.

Packaging

Primacem Plus adhesion promoter is available in 5-liter plastic bottles.

The design of the bottle packaging may vary depending on the date of shipment.
